Photographer Bill Solomon shares his background and passion for photography.
After a successful career in the financial sector it has been gratifying for me to combine and more fully explore two of the passions of my youth–photography and social activism. I’m committed to recording the face of social transformation.
I care deeply about progressive causes and through my camera lens, seek to capture and reveal the expression of people engaged in affecting change for the greater good. Whether they’re active through government, journalism or the creative and performing arts, I find these individuals to be my most compelling subjects.
I am now offering a professional in-studio headshot service. My years of experience photographing luminaries in politics and the literary world have provided me with the know-how to quickly and intuitively capture the essence of my subjects.
